Overview
Porcelain Patios by MAFFS
Porcelain paving gives a clean, modern finish that barely needs any maintenance. It doesn't absorb water, so it resists moss, stains and frost.
Porcelain is harder to cut and lay than natural stone. We bed it on a full mortar bed with a slurry primer so slabs stay bonded and level.
Why choose it
- Very low maintenance, with no sealing needed
- Stain, frost and fade resistant
- Consistent colour and sharp, contemporary lines
- Wide choice of stone, wood and concrete effects
Worth knowing
- Costs more per slab than sandstone
- Needs specialist cutting and a primer for bonding
- Choose an anti-slip rated (R11) finish for wet areas
