Overview
Patios & Pathways by MAFFS
A patio is the heart of most gardens, so it needs to look right and last. We design and lay patios and pathways that suit your home, using quality materials and doing the groundwork properly underneath.
It's the levels, the cuts, the mitres and the pointing that make the difference, and that's where we take our time.

FAQs
Patios & Pathways questions
We lay patios and pathways across Slough, Maidenhead and the wider Berkshire area, from 30m² sandstone patios to complete 250m² porcelain transformations.
Indian sandstone gives a natural look, porcelain is the most low-maintenance and contemporary, and block paving is very hard-wearing. We'll bring samples and help you choose.
Most patios take a few days to two weeks, depending on size, design and how much groundwork is needed. Our largest projects have taken around four weeks. You'll get a timeline with your quote.
Most garden patios don't need planning permission, although rules can differ for front gardens and listed properties. We can advise during the consultation.
We set the correct falls away from the house and, where needed, install drainage such as French drains or channel drains.
